The process with marketing and selling an older home needing a lot of renovation and repairs has been complicated.  The home is in Escrow after the seller agreed to a major price reduction requested by the investor/flipper after mutual agreement on the Price.    Now that the release of contingencies has arrived the investor has asked for another price reduction because-- yada, yada, yada.  The seller is not a happy camper with fear that there will be another demand for a price reduction if the current revised offer is accepted.  In the meantime we have had other offers that did not have the initial higher offer price received from the Investor.

We will likely find out today if we have a deal or transaction falls out of escrow.
