The sales process has been very interesting with several "bobs and weaves"

We proceeded with an investor offer with some confidence that their offer was well researched and quantified.  But, alas, as I, unfortunately, anticipated there was an almost immediate requested addendum for a significant reduction of the price through a credit at closing for repairs.

Even though I had forewarned the owner of this risk the disappointment was notable.  I think part of the game is the presumption that many buyers are pressed to consummate a quick sale so there will be little opposition when the buyer wants to lower the offer price.

Were are going to sit back for a while to see what happens with the numerous prospects who love the home.
